Welcome to Profit X Grow. By accessing and using our services, including our marketing agency services, webinars, workshops, and digital learning content, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Note: Profit X Grow is a subsidiary brand of CreativDay Marketing Solutions. All financial matters, including invoicing and payment processing, are managed by CreativDay Marketing Solutions. Invoices will be issued under the name of CreativDay Marketing Solutions.

1. General

• Profit X Grow is India’s first Pay-As-You-Profit marketing agency that works with clients on a performance basis.
• We also conduct educational webinars, workshops, and advanced digital courses focused on AI-powered marketing and copywriting.
• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modifications.

2. Marketing Clients

• Clients only pay us when they generate profits as a direct result of our marketing efforts.
• Our services are tailored for coaches, authors, and business owners already earning Rs. 5 lakh or more monthly.

3. Webinars & Workshops

• Registrations are collected through Meta ads and hosted on dedicated landing pages.
• Participants must provide accurate details including full name, phone number, and email ID.
• All payments for webinars are to be made online using accepted digital payment methods.
• No refunds will be issued unless a session is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courses and 1:1 Sessions

• We offer paid digital courses in AI integration, copywriting, and marketing strategy.
• These courses may include recorded modules, live classes, and personalized 1-on-1 sessions.
• Access to the closed Profit X Grow community will be granted to enrolled students.
• Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be processed for paid webinars, digital courses, or sessions once payment is completed, unless the session is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• All our offerings are delivered digitally through email or online platforms.
• Login access, webinar links, or digital downloads will typically be provided within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• There are no physical goods shipped by Profit X Grow or CreativDay Marketing Solutions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, webinar content, and proprietary strategies are owned by Profit X Grow.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
